Globus LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in Belize under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, Chapter 258. The partnership was established to provide EPC contracting — design, engineering, procurement, and construction — together with real estate services for clients building, buying, or investing in Belize.
Most of our clients are Canadian and American — retirees relocating to the coast, seasonal residents building a second home, or investors acquiring land and property. We are registered with Belize's Financial Intelligence Unit as a designated real estate agent, and our team manages projects from design through handover.

Belize offers a long-standing incentive program for foreign retirees, the Qualified Retired Persons (QRP) Program, administered by the Belize Tourism Board. It is a government program, separate from Globus LLP, but it is one of the main reasons our Canadian and American clients choose to build or buy property here.
Qualified retirees pay no Belize tax on income or pensions received from outside the country.
Personal and household effects, plus one vehicle and one boat, can be imported free of duty within the first year of the program.
Open to applicants 45 or older with guaranteed income of at least US$2,000 a month from outside Belize; spouses and dependent children may be included.
Approved applicants and their dependents receive an annually renewed QRP card, allowing multiple entries into Belize without a visa.

Globus LLP is developing a new residential community in Santa Martha, Orange Walk District — individual home sites of roughly 500 m² each, with road access reserved throughout the development.
The project is in an early stage. Land registration is currently in progress, and the final number of home sites will depend on the full land area secured. We'll share firm details — including pricing and availability — as each phase is confirmed.
